Yard Manager
Essential Job Functions Include:
-Supervising yard staff in hauling, launching, blocking, and moving boats safely and efficiently
-Scheduling and prioritizing daily tasks, maintenance, and repairs in coordination with office and service teams
-Overseeing yard equipment operation (travel lift, forklifts) and ensuring proper training and safety protocols
-Conducting regular inspections to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment
-Monitoring inventory of supplies and coordinating with vendors or management for replenishment
-Communicating effectively with customers regarding service timelines, costs, and yard policies
Job Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
-Reliable transportation
-Punctuality and dependability in daily operations
-Ability to respond to emergency calls or storm situations outside normal working hours
-Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, and walk around and in boats
-Ability to lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds
-Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
-Excellent leadership and organizational skills
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Ability to work with the public and employees in a courteous and respectful manner
Preferred Experience, but not required:
Familiarity with marina operations, boats, or marine equipment
-Previous customer service or administrative experience
Pay varies based on experience.
Full Time, Part Time
Yard Hand
Essential Job Functions Include:
-Cleaning & waxing interior and exterior of boats
-Painting bottoms of boats
-Launching, hauling, blocking, and moving of boats
-Basic facility maintenance (mowing, trimming, cleaning yard, dock repair, painting)
-Maintaining a clean and safe environment
Job Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to climb in and out of boats
-Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, and walk around and in boats
-Ability to lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds
-Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
-Punctuality
-Ability to work with the public and other employees in a courteous and respectful manner
Preferred Experience, but not required:
-Large Industrial Forklift Operation
-Travel Lift operation
-Experience with sailboats and rigging
-Familiarity with boats

FULL TIME, PART TIME, SEASONAL
Fuel Dock Attendant (Summer '25)
Essential Job Functions Include:
- Helping customers tie their boat to the dock on arrival
- Assisting customers with fueling their boat
-Credit and cash handling
-Creating customer transaction receipts
-Light facility maintenance including cleaning, painting, and landscaping work
-Cleaning interior and exterior of boats
Job Requirements:
-18+ years old
-Basic computer skills
-Outgoing and friendly nature
-Able to work well under pressure while multitasking
-Capable of working well with a team and individually
-Reliable source of transportation
-Ability to work outside
-Ability to climb in and out of boats
-Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, and walk around and in boats
-Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 35lbs
-Previous boating experience is a plus
